Bollywood genius Sridevi was incinerated in the Indian city of Mumbai on Thursday as a large number of fans assembled outside to pay their last regards.

An uncommonly brightened truck conveying her body took hours to venture to every part of the 7km (4.3 miles) to the burial ground.

Her body was flown back to India on Tuesday night.

Sridevi, 54, kicked the bucket "because of unintentional suffocating after loss of awareness", police said. She was found in her lodging bath.
